Delivery is made to your door.

Other Regions of Georgia:

Orders are shipped via Georgian Post.

The delivery fee is calculated individually, depending on the region and package weight.

Delivery time is usually up to 10 business days.

Customers may contact us in advance for an exact shipping quote.

Damaged Packages

If the package arrives visibly damaged, we kindly ask customers to:

not accept the parcel,

not sign for it,

and notify us immediately.

If the customer has already accepted the parcel, please contact us within 3 business days and

provide photos/videos of the issue so we can assist promptly.
