At Coffee Point, we aim to provide high-quality specialty coffee and reliable coffee accessories & brewing equipment.
Please read our return guidelines carefully.
Because we sell perishable coffee products and delicate equipment, our return rules are specific.
General Return Rules :
We do not accept returns on any products unless they are defective or damaged.
Customers must check their order immediately upon delivery and report any issue within:
3 business days for defective items.
Coffee Beans (non-returnable beans and replacement for wrong items) :
Once opened or ground, they cannot be resold.
Coffee is a fresh food product and quality can be compromised after delivery.
If you receive the wrong product, we will replace it without extra charges.
Coffee Accessories & Equipment :
Coffee accessories and equipment cannot be returned if they are working correctly.
If the product has a manufacturer defect,Â
we will :
Inspect the item
Confirm the defect
Replace it with a new unit free of charge
The defect must be reported within 3 business days of delivery.

Ground coffee (any grind size)
Used coffee equipment
Products damaged due to misuse, impact, or incorrect handling
Items with missing parts or packaging
